My friend Albert Rasch of Rasch Outdoor Chronicles came to my site and left a comment to inform me that my June 25th post had been ripped off without due credit. I had never had this to happen to me before so did not know what to do about it. Today, Albert has written a Part I post called, Protect Yourself From Plagiarism with some very helpful tips. One of the tips was to link to a related post and unfortunately I had not linked at all on this particular post. Albert has now located the person involved and it's scammer/spammer Mark Osterhold (aka) Wayne Rommel. I really appreciate Albert's effort in trying to help some of us OBS bloggers that became fallen victims. Albert is now on a mission...so please go over and read his blog to see what you can do to protect yourself and your blog material.

Thanks Marian for keeping up with the issue. The deeper I dig into Osterholt, the worse it is getting. But the issue is his plagiarism and the hard work that you and dozens of other folks do to entertain and inform.
Dayne Shuda has a great article on intellectual property and sharing it that many of us have been commenting on. I suggest everyone take a look at it. Dayne always has something interesting to add.
