Took this picture of Bobby sitting in the swing with his dog, Lady. She loves to play and has a tennis ball in her mouth. I enjoyed playing with her and she loved fetching the ball for me. At times, she would catch the ball in mid-air. Afterwards, I went inside and baked some biscuits and fried up deer sausage for the guys. The deer sausage that we brought up was from the deer that Bob and I had gotten back in November. It went all the way to Vicksburg and back!

The rest of the afternoon chores were taken care of around the camp and then everyone either took a nap, watched TV or sat around outside to enjoy the beautiful weather that we were having. It was like a spring day! Later, we all took off to the woods for our evening hunt. Will be continued...

You can sign me up for some fried Deer Sausage. Yummy - I can always get our pugs to chase the tennis ball and sometimes even pick it up...bring it back to me is the impossibility. I truly enjoy your stories and posts.
