Today we celebrated my youngest granddaughter Kate's 2nd birthday with family at her Maw Maw and Granddaddy's house in Louisiana. My youngest daughter and son-in-law drove all the way from Virginia with Kate's big sister, Emma, to enjoy a very nice birthday party with pizza, cake and ice cream. Tomorrow more family is coming in for a big cookout before they all have to leave and go back home next week. It all worked out great with Emma, who is 7 year old, being on Spring break. I am so blessed to have 6 beautiful granddaughters and 3 grandsons and 2 great grandsons in my life. One happy and lucky me!
