Individuals exempt based on these criteria may purchase a voluntary Youth Exempt license by providing their social security number along with a copy of their parents/legal guardian's driver's license to establish residency. Can be purchased online. For Hunter Education requirements all persons born on or after January 1, 1972, must satisfactorily complete a hunter education course approved by the Dept. of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks before purchasing a MS hunt license. My daughter, granddaughter and three grandsons took the course and so did I and was very informative. I recommend to any hunter no matter what age.

@DeanO...I will be sharing the Youth Hunts plus hunts by adults during the hunting season here on my blog. I would love to post your pix of deer with story when you get one and you will! GOODHUNTING! :)

@michael - So glad you got a deer at 19 and yes, these kids are real lucky to have gotten one at an earlier age. They are our hunters of tomorrow and it's wonderful that a parent or adult took the time to teach them and with the hunter's education in place..'it's even better. I love sharing the kids in our great wild outdoors! :)Marian Ann Lovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09189162059138923328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37314802.post-20339195778142999792011-11-27T20:03:58.923-06:002011-11-27T20:03:58.923-06:00Nice!
