Oh my goodness! I think that's a bear that needed to be put down instead of transfered - it's got a little more attitude than I like to see in a big ol' bear!
I have seen this photo sequence before and the video. What really troubles me is that these two offers are considered experts in bear catch and release. In the video you can see that one of the two sat beside on a tree log and watched it all happening, never attempting to help his fellow officer in trouble.
That guy needs a big raise, there is no way they pay him near enough.
