A Foggy Mississippi River


Yesterday afternoon, Bob and I drove over to the overlook at the Mississippi River and took this picture above of a tree that normally has so many leaves on that you can't see the bend in the river.  It looks like it was taken with black and white film. All of a sudden we saw a fog rolling in over the river.  We left and went to Diamond Jacks Casino's parking lot to get a closer view near the river's edge.

Fog came in so thick you could not see the river.

    I love to watch when it developes in layers over the fields here.
