Busy As A Bee Can Bee!

We have lived here for 20 years and every year these flowers come up.  I still do not know what they are!  Do you?

    Hi Marian! I think your mystery ground cover could possibly be in the "Ajuga" family. Whatever they are, they are pretty. Do they have a sweet fragrance you can smell?

    Thanks CDGardens...really haven't noticed if it had a smell or not...will check it out and let you know. The bees really love it! :)

    My mother told me a hundred times what those were. I couldn't remember then and I can't remember now. We have flowerbeds full of them every year however and I very much enjoy them.
