The Old Court House Museum - Eva W. Davis Memorial is bathed in blue lights to bring attention to yesterday's kickoff of Domestic Violence Month and tonight's National Night Out Against Crime program hosted by the Warren County Sheriff's Office and the Vicksburg Police Department. Neighborhood gatherings are planned throughout the city and county tonight from 6 until 8.
