Black Bear With White Cubs

 
This has to be very rare but they could have been born with a temporary white coat and as they matured would possibly turn black.  Only in our great wild outdoors!

    Where was this taken? The picture has gone through emails as being taken in our community in Pennsylvania, but I question if that's true.
