End It Like A Boss!

This past Thursday my Facebook friend, Michael Christian of Baltimore, Maryland, killed this monster turkey. He stated that he was only able to get out three times during the Maryland season due to work.  The first time he could have rolled one but held off.  The second time nothing and this time put a pellet straight through his head at 38 steps and stayed high to protect the fan on the most beautiful bird he had ever shot.

Michael commented that he has never measured a bird in his life and never put a tape on a buck either.  He loves every second of the hunt and the memories lives forever inside of him.  He has never submitted pictures either and that's not something that he and his family cares about.  What he cares about is the person or persons he hunts with that is loyal and a real friend.  He had learned over the years how to pick them and how to delete the bad seeds that suck the life out of you.  "Here's to a great hunt but even more important people who have your back and stand at your side even in your absence.  That's my hunting and fishing partners," Michael said.
