The Old Court House Museum Spring Flea Market is being held today despite the weather predicting a cool front coming through with storms. So far it has held off. I went early this morning around 8:30 and was not too many people there but as I was leaving a lot more were coming. I enjoyed seeing and talking to our famous hometown photographer,
Marty Kittrell with his wife Karen, who had a booth selling his photos. Saw some friends I haven't seen in a very long time and you just never know who you will run into. Hope you enjoy the pictures I took.
The Old Warren County Court House, was built in 1858, and stands today as Vicksburg’s most historic structure which stood and survived the civil war. Guests and speakers such as Jefferson Davis, Ulysses S. Grant, Booker T. Washington, Teddy Roosevelt, and William McKinley were hosted here. It's a Vicksburg icon for sure!
Playing some blues!
Even the pets of the vendors were having a good time!
Mississippi Moods by TamArt
