My Facebook friend, Mike Persichini posted that the day before some men with equipment had come on the 100 acres of land to possibly cut the habitat to make room for a business or whatever. He said they can't leave a piece of land alone so the wildlife can be. He is not sure when they will start or how much of the land will be used. For now, he will keep photographing deer until he can't anymore. Progress seems to rule these days. Here are only a few pictures of the many shots that Mike has taken throughout the years in our great wild outdoors of Michigan.
You can see where they dug here, Mike said.
This is Mike's setup yesterday morning. He is dedicated to photographing deer, etc., and cams throughout the area.
Strange how "progress" always involves destruction.
