This afternoon on our way home from the famous Christmas Place Plantation and Hunting Club, after a weekend of hunting, I stopped at this particular area to take pictures of the swamp. The swamp is on both sides of the highway interchange coming/going at the split, one going to Jackson and the other to Greenwood, MS. It was a cloudy day after it rained most of Saturday and by late afternoon the sun finally came out.
I will be posting some pictures tomorrow of our successful hunt at the deer camp. So stay tune! (click on pictures to enlarge)

Thanks guys for the nice compliments. I really had a great time and did not want to leave. Will be going back up in a few months to hog hunt Rex said. I did not see one while hunting deer.
