Bryan Fedrick of Jackson, Mississippi got the job done taking out some nasty old hogs in the MS Delta recently. Way to go Bryan and my congrats in our great wild outdoors!
They can destroy crops/property and have seen it where I hunt in the MS Delta. Couple of years ago I was deer hunting and just happened to turn around and see 12 eating...they seemed to appear like deer out of no where...and was 3 big hogs and scoped a big black one and got her and another smaller one running away. Dropped the sow in her tracks. Ate off of it for a whole year. They have 2,500 acres and use 500 acres to plant peanuts, corn, soybeans or whatever and have seen and heard them in the woods. First time to see them in an opened field and it was an awesome site to see so many at one time. They multiply fast. Better get you rifle ready!

They've managed to keep them down in coal country so far. I HOPE they never make it up here.
I hope they don't come your way either Gorges! They do walk and run!
