I've heard it is good eating...but have never tried it and not sure if I want to. Sap Hogan of Waynesboro, MS, said his PawPaw sent him this picture and trying to con him out of one or two for himself. Sap says he likes his grill or on rice. Here's a couple of recipes if you want to try that was posted. (1) Boil off the bone with cayenne pepper, put in crockpot with BBQ sauce and enjoy. (2) Boil it and get the film off, cut it up with some sweet potatoes and bake it. Also, someone said they have too many worms in them for him and used to watch Trapper Parker skinned them and said he's fine, thank you! I'm fine too, thank you in our great wild Mississippi outdoors!
