Baylee Wallace, 13, was hunting with her dad when she made a 90-yard shot to take down a 150-pound, six-point buck. Baylee was hunting south of Vicksburg on Saturday.
Six-year-old Grayson Woodruff bagged his first deer when he used a .223 from about 50 yards. He is the grandson of David Wright. Congratulations to all our young deer hunters!

Marian, it's just so cool you're in a place where the local papers will run these things! I'm sure newspaper readers in the greater metropolitan Sacramento area would pass out if they saw photos like that in our local paper. Thanks for sharing!
