Shelby Bottin, 9, shot this 8-point buck while hunting with her dad, Bobby, on Paw Paw Island. She made the shot with a .243 and had a 20-inch beam. This was her fourth deer and second buck she has shot in her lifetime. Way to go Shelby!
Connor Bottin, 7, bagged this buck with a 21-inch beam. He made the shot with a .243 from about 70 yards. He was hunting with his dad, Bobby, on Paw Paw Island, north of Vicksburg.These two young hunters are late comers for my post On The Hunt! My Congrats to Connor and his sister, Shelby, for harvesting a buck in our great outdoors! This is a sweetthing!
