The Calm Before MARCO & LAURA

Yesterday morning I took these pictures of M/V Jeffrey G southbound and M/V Lat Gonsoulin northbound on a very pretty day before MARCO & LAURA appears.

Also, a sunken barge sticking out of the MS River.

M/V Big Valley 379 northbound towards the curve in the MS River called Delta Point. The calm before MARCO and LAURA heading towards TX, LA, and MS borders with the prediction of bad weather for the rest of the week.

We had a thunderstorm today here in the Mid-Ohio Valley. When the hurricanes go up the east coast, we nearly always get nice weather. When they hit the gulf, it's a different story.
