Yesterday, a Cardinal knows that something is up watching the sleet..
Dove trying to seek shelter from the sleet.

Side view from the living room window this morning.
We received about an inch of snow with temps still in the low 20's.
View from next door.
A snowy Magnolia tree at the end of our driveway.
Where oh where did I put my nuts?
Here it is!

Thanks for sharing your snow with us. I imagine it won't last very long.New fallen snow is pretty but I am sure you will be glad when it disappears.
It looks like we will lose the snow we have starting tomorrow. Thank goodness!
You are welcome CDGardens...the northern part of Mississippi got a lot more than we did but thankful for what we did get. It's really pretty but is melting fast. Suppose to get up to 70 degrees by Sunday. Crazy weather for sure! Always happy to see you drop in to visit me! :)

Glad you all got snow. My nephew in Tupelo said they got over 4", we here in Jasper, got 4"--ready for spring, I will going crappie fishing next week with the temps being in the mid 60's, can't wait!!--thanks for sharing
P.S. Do you and your husband crappie fish, if not you should try it.
North MS got a good bit of snow Bill and it's been a long time since we got that much snow here in Vicksburg. I'm with you, ready for Spring "NOW"...wish I could go fishing. I won a new "pink" reel and rod on a blog (The Hunter's Wife) a couple years ago and have yet get it wet! My husband and I used to fish when we were dating but after we got married did little fishing. Now he has health issues. I would like to go fishing at the deer camp in the Delta @ Deer Camp Blog. Rex and his family have a 40 acre lake and a pontoon boat. I've been in it a few years back but never to fish. Hopefully, this will be the year! Thanks for dropping by and hope you catch a lot of crappie this weekend! Good Luck! :)
